Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of your order. If quicker shipping is required (UPS 2nd Day, etc.) please place your order by phone. 631-549-2090 We will notify you of any back-ordered items immediately.

Shipping methods and cost are an issue we are aware of and are constantly working on. The fact is, perfume oils and alcohol based eau de toilettes are considered hazardous and flammable and there are strict regulations regarding these items. Until very recently, the US Post Office did not allow these products to be shipped through them. They are now allowing us to send a maximum per box of 1oz at a time via their ground services, so no expedited services. Yes, one 1oz of oil is now able to go through the post office, any order with more than 1oz will still have to go UPS. In the past, we had to rely on UPS and Fedex as our only shipping methods. They do have comparable shipping rates, and their rates are based more on where you are located in relation to their main shipping hubs than actual weight of products. We have also found that they offer more reasonable rates if the order is being shipped to a business address as opposed to a residential address. Our website's shipping rates are applied automatically and directly via UPS, we do not have any role in the charges UPS applies to the orders.
