Shipping Charges (for the continental USA-Ground delivery)

Perfume Oil Testers: If your order consists solely of perfume oil testers there is a
flat shipping charge of $3.00.
Due to strict guidelines by the US Postal Service in regards to perfumes and oils, all other purchases are subject to the rates provided by UPS based on weight and delivery zones. The following is a guide for approximate shipping rates. Actual rates will appear during check out.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of your order. If quicker shipping is required (UPS 2nd Day, etc.) please place your order by phone. 631-549-2090 We will notify you of any back-ordered items immediately.

Outside the Continental USA We will contact you by email with a shipping price quote for your approval.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the customized nature of our products any returned product will incur a 20% restocking fee.
If you have never worn one of our fragrances try up to eight of our sample vials ($1.75 ea) with a flat shipping fee of $3.00
